    Absolutely love Diego Pop! Very cute restaurant, they have an outdoor open patio with tv's at the bar or you can sit inside. The kitchen is an open view which it's fun to watch the cooks. The food is delicious, they offer great happy hour specials (even on Sunday's) & aren't stingy with the liquor either. I love the aguachile but it is super spicy & they will tell you that when you order (sooo worth it though oh my gosh), the taquitos are delicious, and also the steak tacos are a go-to. It is always a good time with great music and friendly customer service. I really like this place and stop by any time I come to AZ!

    I had friends in town and they had seen Instagram posts for Diego Pops happy hour. Happy hour boasts $6 select (maybe 8oz) margaritas (two of us ordered the blended strawberry marg) one had the wine (she was not overly impressed.) We also had a few of the happy hour half priced appetizers. The cheese quesadilla with the shredded meat was our favorite. Service was excellent. We sat in the patio area and were happy with the relaxed vibe and cooling misters.

    Right when I walked in, I thought Diego Pops was so aesthetic! Which made sense why we saw multiple bridal parties in the restaurant! We came on a Saturday night without a reservation and waited about 20 minutes which wasn't bad! I ordered the chips and guac as well as two tacos (crispy shrimp and steak). My favorite taco was the steak but both were delicious! I also loved how the chips and guac came with two kinds of chips; your normal tortilla and then plantain chips as well. If we weren't already going out for drinks, I would've loved to try their drink menu as it looked like it had many great options! Definitely would return!

    Came here for happy hour and would definitely recommend this cute spot! The tacos were really good, the corn on the other hand was just okay ( a little bland) we got blue raspberry frozen margaritas and they were good (not too strong and a nice refreshing drink esp on a hot day) the service was quick and friendly here. We enjoyed the tacos here a lot and if we were local we would definitely come again for happy hour!
